About our Ohana

Yoganics is the brainchild of Brian and Jennifer Buss. As they were working toward organic certification for their organic coffee and tea farm, Soko Coffee, they realized their goal was to inspire awareness. Jennifer is a certified Hatha Yoga instructor, and sees Yoga as a way to increase self-esteem, happiness, and harmony. On top of their busy schedules Brian and Jennifer have three children. It is the children who keep them grounded and inspired. They want to leave a legacy that will ensure them a healthy environment to grow and learn. Out of this commitment to their children, and their passion for conscious living, Yoganics Hawaii Limited grew.

Both Brian and Jennifer have been committed to the small rural community in Kainailu for the past 5 years. Offering yoga classes to all iindividuals who seek to improve their health and quality of life.  Jennifer has a weekly yoga class with the participants of Kona Crafts aka ARC of Kona (Association of Retarded Citizens), and has seen this as the highlight of her week for the past 11 years.  Jennifer also facilitates classes for healing organizations including the Light On Foundation, and other non profit organizations. She provides an incredibly safe and inspiring environment for people of all levels to learn and nurture our bodies is the most gentle ways. Her bright spirit and commitment to living a life of joy and integrity are a beautiful example to all those who know her and practice Yoga with her.  She is also a board member for FIHRI the non-profit Food Ingredient and Health Research Institute, whose mission is to eliminate harmful contaminants in food and food production through research, consumer education, and public reporting. Jennifer graduated four RYT200's (Registered Yoga Teachers) in  October of 2015 after founding and receiving accreditation of Kuena School of Yoga from Yoga Alliance.  She continues to serve as Director and facilitator today.
